Can Pilates Help me loose weight?
Pilates is an incredible method of exercise for general health, wellness and fitness. While you burn less fat doing pilates than cardio heavy fitness classes, it’s excellent for improving strength and toning up.
Optionally you can add weight to your training to increase the amount of energy you expend, therefore increasing your fat burn.
How Often should i do pilates?
Depending on your fitness level Pilates will have different results. If you are already at a high fitness level 1-2 times a week is a fine. Otherwise 2-3 times a week is what we would recommend. However we believe one class a week is better than none, so if you don’t have the time don’t be put off.
